Background: The primary aim of this study was to demonstrate the benefits topical human platelet exosome extract (HPE) (plated) hair serum for improving and scalp health in participants with self-perceived thinning hair. Methods: This single-center, placebo-controlled, double-blind enrolled 39 healthy men women 18–65 years age Participants applied either HPE 9 months or a placebo 6 option cross over at an additional 3 months. End points included improvements global aesthetic appearance hair, as assessed by blinded live evaluator; participant-reported outcomes; trichoscopy; independent physician photograph evaluations. Safety data monitoring adverse events. Results: Blinded evaluator assessments demonstrated statistically significant volume/fullness, density, coverage, appearance, all P values less than 0.0001 within group statistical improvement control coverage. Participant-reported outcomes within-group changes were parameters, including volume fullness, health, thickness, amount, quality, color, dryness, strength, overall Hair trichoscopy analyses significantly improved from baseline group. Independent photography review greater No effects observed. Conclusions: demonstrates that Renewosome technology improves is safe well tolerated.

Objective: Recent advancements in stem cell biology have revealed the potential of natural active compounds to boost hair growth and prevent loss by enhancing stemness dermal papilla (DP) cells. Methods: The level upstream stabilized β-catenin was assessed using western blot analysis immunofluorescence. determined real-time RT-qPCR examine mRNA factors confirm protein Results: Our cytotoxicity assay on DP cells treated with various extracts, including AV, CA, GT, PM, a combination these extracts (ACGP), indicated no impact viability even at high concentrations (4000 μg/ml). Moreover, ACGP showed 1.5-fold proliferation rate compared single treatment Western increase expression levels both pAkt ACGP-treated results demonstrated that combined (ACGP) exhibited significantly increased OCT4, NANOG, SOX2 40-, 110-, 30-fold, respectively, downstream stabilize pathway for expression. Corresponding also 2-, 3-, 2-fold, each extract individually. Conclusion: These findings synergistic effect products stimulating via their cellular functions.
