Abstract Advances in our understanding of symbiotic stability have demonstrated that microorganisms are key to the homeostasis obligate symbioses. Fungus-gardening ants excellent model systems for exploring how may be involved as host and symbionts macroscopic can easily experimentally manipulated. Their coevolutionary history has been well-studied; examinations which depicted broad clade-to-clade specificity between fungus. Few studies hitherto addressed roles microbiomes stabilizing these associations. Here, we quantified changes microbiome structure a result induced horizontal exchange symbionts. This was done by performing cross-fostering experiments forcing grow novel fungi comparing known temporally unstable (undergoing dysbiosis) stable combinations. We found fungus-gardening alter their unstable, garden into configurations like those native gardens. Patterns dysbiosis/symbiosis appear predictable two related species with similar patterns also show microbial change, whereas more relaxed does not such change or restructuring when growing different fungi. It appears outcomes community-level interactions promote cause collapse.

Bu çalışmada, bitki gelişimini teşvik eden bakteri (PGPB) strainlerinin Seyman ve Sarıkız fasulye çeşitlerinin bazı büyüme parametreleri üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Çalışma petri saksı denemesi şeklinde yürütülmüştür. Petri denemesinde uygulamalarının tohumlarının çimlenmesine etkisi %1,5’luk agar içeren ortamda değerlendirilmiştir. Saksı denemesi, 3 farklı straini (Stenotrophomonas maltophilia strain SY55, Microbacterium esteraromaticum SY48 Rhizobium radiobacter SK63), kombinasyonu (SY55+SY48+SK63), gübre negatif kontrol olarak 6 uygulamadan oluşmuştur. In vitro çeşitler ile uygulamaların interaksiyonunun ortalama çimlenme zamanı hızı etkili olduğu görülmüştür. vivo ortamda, çeşitlerinde çeşidinde çıkış süresi (4,83 gün), kök uzunluğu (12,94 cm), gövde (35,71 boğum sayısı 2,67 adet), yaş ağırlığı (6,86 g) kuru ağırlığında (0,11 g), tohumların (5,83 (16,09 yaprak (4,17 sayısını (3,33 adet) arttırdığı bulunmuştur. En uygulamasının Stenotrophomonas SY55 tespit edilmiştir Strainlerin etmede rol alan spesifik özellikleri (katalaz, siderofor, ACC deaminaz indol asetik asit üretimleri) belirlenmiştir.

Biological fertilizers are a group of living organisms whose activities can improve soil fertility, that contain microbes and useful for helping plant growth. The purpose this study was to analyze the growth production rice plants against application biological fertilizers. There 7 bacterial isolates used as biofertilizers, namely, Bacillus sp., two Pseudomonas sp. strains, Azospirillum Azotobacter strains. This an experimental design method through one-factor randomized block design. treatment in consisted no fertilization, compost, 100% NPK, enriched compost+50% 4 NPK. results showed compost with could increase nutrient content soil, thereby increasing plants. Treatment isolates+50% NPK gave highest yield, both use reduce dose inorganic fertilizer by up 50% cultivation.
