The present research explored the impact of varying concentrations arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungus inoculum and vermicompost on growth, nutrient absorption, photosynthetic gas exchange, quality parameters ginger over a 2-year period in field conditions. In this study, combination 50 g each AM increased plant height, number tillers, rhizome yield compared to control. However, higher dry biomass (61 g) was observed with 75 amendment. As expected, application mycorrhizae positively affects spore count dependency percentage ranging from 58 70.5 spores per substrate 19–36%, respectively. combined use led lower disease incidence 10.5% treatments 25 amendment 10.1% each.
