In this paper, the lubrication flow field model for an angular contact ball bearing considering characteristics of nozzle position was constructed with CFD methods, and simulation results were compared validated test results. The research carried out on lubricant distribution in cavity under different angles heights, optimized response surface methodology. show that are closely related to angle height. weighted average oil phase volume fraction cage guiding decreases first then increases increase height surface. optimal determined by finding maximum value regression function specified area.
