Reduced graphene oxide, due to its structure, exhibits anisotropic properties, which are particularly evident in electrical and thermal conductivity. This study focuses on examining the influence of reduced oxide silicon carbide these properties directions perpendicular parallel direction aligned rGO flakes produced composites. is characterized by very high in-plane It was observed that addition increases conductivity from 64 W/mK (reference sample) up 98 for a SiC–3 wt.% composite flakes. In direction, values were slightly lower, reaching 84 W/mK. The difference more significant 1–2 orders magnitude higher flakes’ alignment direction. measured increased 1.2710−8 S/m reference SiC sinter 1.55 × 10−5 1.2410−4 composites with 3 directions, respectively. represents an enhancement four magnitude, clearly visible anisotropy rGO. composite’s enhanced make it attractive electronic devices high-power applications.

While electric vehicles (EVs) offer lower life cycle greenhouse gas emissions in some regions, the concern over generated during battery production is often debated. This literature review examines true environmental trade-offs between conventional lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) and emerging technologies such as solid-state (SSBs) sodium-ion (SIBs). It emphasizes carbon-intensive nature of LIB manufacturing explores how alternative can enhance efficiency while reducing carbon footprint. We have used a keyword search technique to articles related their performances. The study results reveal that (GHG) alone range from 10 394 kgCO2 eq./kWh. identified lithium manganese cobalt oxide nickel aluminum batteries, despite high energy density, exhibit higher GHGs (20–394 eq./kWh) because production. Lithium iron phosphate (34–246 (40–70 showed impacts abundant feedstock, sustainable choice, especially when density not essential. also concludes are highly dependent on regional grid intensity. Batteries produced China, for example, than those United States (US) European Union (EU). Understanding critical fairly evaluating impact vehicles.
