Abstract The proposed work focuses on photovoltaic (PV) system monitoring and the use of maximum power point tracking (MPPT) techniques for optimal generation. It emphasizes widespread application artificial intelligence (AI) in MPPT methods solar systems, which can significantly improve performance efficiency. However, AI-based may be more computationally intensive costly. Hybrid combine traditional AI to balance complexity, addressing these issues. Fuzzy logic control (FLC) emerges as a viable technique, though synchronization is required under variable irradiation weather conditions. This paper uses MATLAB/Simulink compare four main techniques: fuzzy-based step size P&O, FLC, hybrid P&O-FLC algorithms. Further, symmetric fuzzy controller, perturb-and-observe (P&O) method, mixed method that combines both P&O-based controllers were compared. At same time, many other FLC-based strategies also examined. All tests performed PV with DC-DC boost converter, considering varying atmospheric Overall, study's aim provide insights into relative effectiveness various techniques, particular emphasis FLC its hybrids variety environmental scenarios.

In this research, a novel initialization strategy for conventional MPPT algorithms is proposed to define the best position tracking process start over P–V curve. Consequently, global maximum power point (GMPP) becomes nearest or first among existing multiple MPPs under partial shading condition (PSC). addition, step size of applied algorithm minimized based on its proximity actual GMPP. Electric loads steadily increase each year due to economic and population expansion, placing electric systems close their stability limits. Also, the electrical network is a sophisticated system with various control, protection devices, power electronics. Any malfunction in these components can disrupt reliability. Therefore, ensuring safe dependable operation requires continuous precise voltage monitoring prevent instability cascading outages. Despite existence of numerous indexes, limitations often make them ineffective under varying operating conditions. In response challenges, this article proposes modern assessment index (MSAI) designed specifically assess different scenarios. The MSAI aims accurately stress levels lines, enabling operators proactively manage One key advantage its ability determine maximum allowable load loading margin, which crucial for maintaining stable changing order validate effectiveness proposed index, extensive evaluations are conducted using IEEE 30, 57, 118 bus test systems. study meticulously compares performance other prominent indicators, highlighting superiority providing predictive insights into areas prone potential contingencies.
