In response to the poor positioning performance and errors of wheeled robot under a single sensor, combination wheel odometry dead reckoning, Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) heading angle information, map environment information obtained from LiDAR is used for indoor robot. By using data multiple sensors, are reduced accuracy improved. The results show that combining Extended Kalman Filter (EKF), Gmapping algorithm, Adaptive Monte Carlo Localization (AMCL) reduces relative error by 8.35% compared calculation method. Compared with EKF fusion method reckoning inertial measurement unit 4%, there no cumulative trend in error. This effectively addresses challenge within environments lack base stations, thereby enhancing reliability such specialized conditions.

Published: April 1, 2025

Diamond has been demonstrated as an exceptional semiconductor for microelectromechanical system (MEMS) sensors, offering high sensitivity and reliability due to its ultra-wide bandgap energy, superior mechanical properties, thermal conductivity. For MEMS resonator-type sensors that rely on frequency shift detection, such mass the overall performance, including sensitivity, speed, resolution, noise level, is collectively determined by stability of resonance frequency. To improve sensing geometry optimization nonlinear operation methods have used, but these lead increased fabrication complexity or energy dissipation. In this work, we propose utilization high-order modes enhance single-crystal diamond (SCD) resonators, achieving a significant improvement in resolution low 0.15 atto-grams at room temperature. This approach offers streamlined competitive strategy advancing capabilities sensors.
