At present, bamboo fiber is mainly prepared by rolling and carding after employing the alkali boiling softening method, which not friendly to environment. In order obtain a green environmentally pretreatment method for preparing fiber, this paper starts with current technology explores impact of various experimental factors on extraction Pleioblastus amarus (bitter bamboo) application saturated steam through studying relationship between temperature, holding time, moisture content strips, yield, fineness, mechanical properties fiber. Single-factor experiments revealed that optimal effects were achieved within temperature range 150–180 °C, time 10–30 min, 12%–22%. Based these findings, an orthogonal experiment was designed using factorial-level table. Through analysis range, variance, results, combined fibrillation effect practical fibers, process parameters determined: 170 20 12%. contrast conventional treatment, fibers processed utilizing optimized conditions technique showcase substantial 63% elevation in notable 18% reduction commendable 28% enhancement tensile strength, equivalent modulus, marked 53% decrease elongation at break.
