Circular dichroism (CD) in terahertz (THz) regions has been widely used biomonitoring, analytical chemistry, communication sensing, and other fields. Herein, we present a simple design for dual-band THz chiral metasurface absorber (CMA) with stronger CD effect based on temperature-tunable InSb enhanced sensing applications. The proposed CMA consisted of periodic array the evolved C-shaped adhered to copper substrate. designed at 305 K achieved right-handed circular polarization (RCP)-selective absorbance 98.86% 97.43% 1.65 1.89 THz, respectively, left-handed (LCP) 9.98% 22.46%, exhibited values 0.89 0.75. This study proposes a multifunctional absorber in the terahertz (THz) regime based on vanadium dioxide (VO2) and graphene with either–or band selector applications, which can be realized by electrically thermally controlling Fermi energy level of dioxide, respectively.
