Because of the harsh environmental impacts fossil fuels, price fluctuation, and resource limitation, renewable energy resources (RERs) are considered ultimate solution to overcome these challenges. RERs also abundant environmentally friendly. It has been reported that growth rates in installations have increased by 8-9 % annually since 2010, reaching a cumulative capacity 2.9 TW 2020 exceeding rate for resources. In this work, different critically discussed terms their operation principles, advantages, disadvantages, associated impacts- focusing on wind solar energies as most deployed RERs. Barriers full deployment replace discussed. Based discussion presented RERs, contribution deploying towards achievement United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is A total 80 indicators identified toward SDGs.

The influence of heat transfer characteristics fluids filled with paraffin core-metallic shell nanoencapsulated phase change material (PCM) on photothermal conversion and storage in a volumetrically heated solar system is numerically analysed. results show that paraffin/Al, paraffin/Au, paraffin/Ag, paraffin/Cu enhance the energy by 68, 73, 92 86 %, respectively as compared water-based Al, Au, Ag Cu nanofluids. It found slurry (PCS) improves temperature gain, utilization PCM rise mass concentration absorption power slurry. maximum enhancement stored also observed for particle diameter 15 nm. from 5 to 20 thermal performance 312 554 % pure water, respectively. Increasing size core/shell architecture PCM, however, reduces surface area-to-volume ratio capsule, causing aggregation particles decreasing between capsule host fluid. This turn decrease gain. Furthermore, it noticed merger mono- hybrid- nanoparticles augments PCS. findings study indicate PCMs would significantly advanced devices.

This experimental study aims to track the changes in electrical properties and energy behavior of two technically identical photovoltaic modules RAGGIE type (RG-M165W model) under different operating conditions. The first is reference module, while second targeted module. Both were tested same climatic conditions Algerian region El-Oued. Numerous practical experiments conducted demonstrate effect using a solar tracking system (a horizontal single-axis manually moved from east west), changing tilt angle modules, cleanliness effective module area on their productivity. results showed convergence between theoretical results. optimal El-Oued during days 33°, any inaccurate selection this an efficiency loss 19.31 %. Additionally, path improved by 1.63 A decrease productivity 34.68 % was recorded due dust deposition 14.5 g.m−2. Economically, it shown that installing consisting 14 can feed typical house with 136.6 MWh over 25 years, Levelized Cost Energy $0.037/kWh, CO2 mitigation 59.15 tons saving $858.
