Abstract Fully biodegradable packaging materials are demanded to resolve the issue of plastic pollution. However, fresh food storage performance is generally much lower than that plastics due their high permeability, microbial friendliness, and limited stretchability transparency. Here a material reported with based on an oil‐infused bacterial cellulose (OBC) porous film. The oil infusion significantly improved cellulose's food‐keeping by reducing its gas increasing transparency, enabling active release green vapor‐phase preservative molecules, while maintaining intrinsically degradability. Strawberries stored in container OBC lid at 23 °C after 5 days exhibited moldy rate 0%, contrast 100% those poly(ethylene). Enhanced also obtained tomatoes, pork, shrimp. film naturally degraded being buried wet soil 30 for 9 days, identical degradation cellulose. liquid seal strategy broadly applies different celluloses, providing general option developing cellulose‐based materials.
