Abstract
With
the
rapid

optimizing
energy
consumption
has
become
a
critical
challenge.
This
paper
proposes
an

Long
Short-Term
Memory
(LSTM)
networks
for
load
prediction
with
dynamic
resource
allocation
algorithm
to
