This study analyzed changes in physicochemical properties of the soil under various substrate conditions, as well interactions between ryegrass and heavy metals. Results indicated that biochar significantly improved properties, such an increase electrical conductivity by 34.8%, enhancement pH from 7.13 to 7.32, augmentation organic matter 152%. Moreover, readily available phosphorus alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen increased 237% 122% respectively, while cation exchange capacity rose 135%. contributes plant growth maintenance fertility.
