Тема номера: Виртуальный универсум будущего The purpose of the study is to reveal role energy sector in decarbonization Kazakhstan, which has enormous potential for increasing production scale and technical progress. Methodology this uses a mixed approach studying problems sector, involving their analysis from position both global level specifically within framework experience accumulated Kazakhstan. use important choosing country’s development prospects, when national interests must correspond trends. Originality/value research. authors emphasize that changes being made system are affecting economy changing geopolitical dynamics country, could have profound consequences foreseeable future. In current conditions, promotion all extractive industries requires activation, on one hand, new measures government assistance, other public-private partnerships, involvement business solving urgent problems. Research results comprehensive achieved by Kazakhstan overcoming difficulties implementing “green” searching directions was carried out. come conclusion needs large-scale investments update with adaptation renewable sources. It substantiated such factors as social aspect, ecology climate, security latest technologies will significantly affect coal generation prospects shown policy should stimulate productive transition low-carbon future, including promoting research field commercialization clean technologies. Practical signi fi cance . hope Kazakhstan's be useful emerging countries strengthening competitive positions international markets introducing various mechanisms decarbonizing sector.

Twisted tapes are widely recognized as an effective passive method to enhance heat transfer in parabolic trough solar collectors. However, a major drawback is the substantial pressure drop caused by high friction between fluid flow and tape surface. This study introduces hydrophobic twisted solution reduce while sustaining enhanced transfer. A variety of with differing widths twist ratios were fabricated tested experimentally under laminar turbulent regimes, focusing on drop, efficiency, performance index. The results demonstrate that can elevate index from below one above one. At rate 50 Lph, surface increased 125%. It was observed increasing width reducing ratio led higher improved better Additionally, compared fixed versus variable widths. Experimental findings revealed exhibit superior those 143%.

ABSTRACT On the path to achieving net‐zero emissions targets by 2050 and meeting increasing electricity demand, investigations on carbon intensity of is interest as an important decision‐making parameter in decarbonizing power sector replacing nonrenewable plants regions low rainfall limited water resources enhance transparency policies toward transition. In this context, potential solar photovoltaics (PV) has been highlighted recent years due their low‐emission compared other renewable sources, highly regarded economic prospects, unprecedented global growth installations. Considering Iran's crisis terms mismatch between production consumption a worsening environment high‐carbon power, paper presents assessment environmental viability 10 MW on‐grid PV plant improve energy security sustainability. First, (CI) levelized cost (LCOE) generated industry Iran comparison with status discussed. Then, aspects different types inverter modulus panels are assessed utilizing life cycle approach, select optimum design CI. Finally, scenarios analyzed LCOE sensitivity analysis availability factor. The combined environmental‐economic results case CI 63.9 tCO 2 /GWh 11 $/MWh offers deep insights into financial performance PVs country's sustainable development roadmap highlights importance regulatory policies, absorbing green climate funds, investment expansion systems enable decarbonization measure for development.

Purpose Based on the reinforcement sensitivity theory (RST), this study aims to examine key factors that influence users’ renewable energy (RE) continuance intention. More importantly, mediating role of excitement and moderating technology infrastructure (TEC) anxiety in intention (RECI) is explored. Design/methodology/approach A survey was conducted among RE users Malaysia results a questionnaire 397 were analysed using partial least square structural equation modelling. Findings The study’s findings highlight significant roles intentions, emphasizing impact psychological government policy adoption Malaysia. It also proves effect perceptual dimension attributed TEC. Research limitations/implications This significantly advances understanding RECI, offering replicable research framework can be examined across regions countries. Scholars leverage for further exploration, whereas managers should recognize influences RECI perceived infrastructural support. Originality/value Given pioneer attempt investigate approach inhibiting relating through application RST, provides novel insight future researchers practitioners, thereby contributing limited body knowledge dynamics an emerging economy.

Abstract Purpose The growth of global food delivery (FD), which could reach a market value 1510 billion dollars by 2027, raise significant sustainability concerns, especially in terms the social impact related to expansion gig economy. This study, therefore, aims analyze FD, taking Italy as case study. results be baseline suggest practices that promote more socially responsible FD sector. Methods Social life cycle assessment (S-LCA) was used, following guidelines Product Impact Life Cycle Assessment (PSILCA) and considering four categories stakeholders (workers, chain actors, society, local community), 11 risk categories, 13 subcategories, mainly based on both availability data their adherence objectives study FD. Results discussion main risks are associated with low wages, improper working hours, high accidentality, approximation handling. Specifically, wages riders, 23% whom migrants, just 14% above poverty line 67% below median income. With 30-h work weeks, moreover, riders may face economic vulnerability. Stressful conditions absence mandatory protective equipment have resulted 17 fatalities × 100,000 workers 25 accidents 1000 workers, generate medium violations labor laws will occur. All this is also due unionization Italian Finally, show flaw safety, not required HACCP ATP attestation. Conclusions legislation business models companies still shown insufficient guarantee fairness protections for substantiated accident rates, poor union rights, hours. In addition, doubts raised about hygiene containers carrying during transport, they induce potential microbiological health consumers, handling transport.
