Abstract Increased gas prices, constraints in nuclear power generation, and diminished hydroelectric production have introduced challenges for Europe, coinciding with an emerging green industrialization. Utilizing data from the European Commission Eurostat, we introduce Green Industrial Location Attractiveness Index, a tool designed to help assessing locations of future industrial developments. Our findings highlight Sweden, Finland, France as probable destinations projects. A revealing geographical divide where northern countries rank higher compared their southern counterparts. This analysis enhances our understanding Europe's changing landscape amidst volatile electricity offering insights policymakers investors. An overarching conclusion paper is that well-crafted energy policies mitigate economic impacts price fluctuations on energy-intensive industries, ensuring remain competitive. JEL classification: Q41, L94, Q42, Q54.

This study investigates the application of advanced simulation and modeling technologies to optimize performance reliability renewable energy systems. Given urgent need combat climate change reduce greenhouse gas emissions, integrating sources into existing infrastructure is essential. Using bibliometric methods, our research spans from 1979 2023, identifying key publications, institutions, trends. The analysis revealed a significant annual growth rate 16.78% in interest modeling, with notable surge published articles, reaching 921 2023. indicates heightened activity interest. Our findings highlight that optimization, policy frameworks, management are central themes. Leading journals like Energies, Energy, Applied Energy play roles disseminating research. Key also emphasize importance international collaboration, countries China, USA, European nations playing roles. three-field plot demonstrated interconnections between keywords, revealing terms “renewable sources”, “optimization”, “simulation” discourse. The transition of current electric power systems to low-carbon emissions is a critical task in system planning. Due the strong coupling between hydrogen energy and energy, considering role planning can increase penetration rate renewable help transition. This paper uses economic analysis determine path East China. First, an electricity-hydrogen generation transmission extension model constructed with total cost as objective function. Then, low-dimensional matrix modeling method that considers conversion equipment, storage networks proposed. Finally, results various scenarios pathways under optimal scenario are analyzed, sensitivity electrolysis production conducted. show key build high proportion supply structure; expected carbon neutrality timeline will affect speed scale capacity expansion at each stage; reduce abandonment dependence China region on extra-regional energy; reduction enhance competitiveness during
