Abstract Mycotoxins are the secondary metabolites of fungi in food and can be toxic to people. Therefore, developing simple, sensitive, specific detection methods detect mycotoxins is essential for ensuring safety. Fluorescent aptasensors have developed rapidly. They simple fast with high affinity specificity. However, fluorescent not yet been applied officially approved standards so far. This review elucidates mycotoxin detection, including principles, constituted elements, types, applications. Screening results aptamers each aptamer sequence used summarized facilitate further research later studies. We also focused on probes, nanomaterials, other strategies process constructing aptasensors. then discuss current challenges future perspectives detection.

Abstract Metal−organic frameworks (MOFs), a distinctive funtionalmaterials which is constructed by various metal ions and organic molecules, have gradually attracted researchers′ attention from they were founded. In the last decade, MOFs emerge as biomedical material with potential applications due to their unique properties. However, performed nanocarriers for functional nucleic acid delivery in rarely summarized. this review, we introduce recent developments of biologically relevant applications, special emphasis on cancer therapy (including siRNA, ASO, DNAzyme, miRNA CpG oligodeoxynucleotides), bioimaging, biosensors separation biomolecules. We expect accomplishment review could benefit certain researchers field develop novel sophisticated based promising MOFs.
