In this work, a new surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor based on sulphur-doped titanium dioxide (S-TiO2) nanostructures and molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was presented for thiram (THI) determination in milk samples. Firstly, the S-TiO2 nanomaterial with high product yield prepared by using facile sol-gel hydrolysis technique yield. After that, UV polymerization carried out preparation of THI-imprinted SPR chip mixture including ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as cross-linker, N,N′-azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) initiator, methacryloylamidoglutamicacid (MAGA) monomer. The reliability procedure has been successfully proven characterization studies nanomaterials surfaces through spectroscopic, microscopic, electrochemical methods. As result, showed linearity range 1.0 × 10−9–1.0 10−7 M detection limit (LOD) 3.3 10−10 real samples, THI sensitivity, repeatability, selectivity can be included literature.

Noble metal nanoparticle (NMP)-based composite substrates have garnered significant attention as a highly promising technique for surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) in diverse scientific disciplines because their remarkable ability to amplify and functionalize signals has positioned them valuable tools molecular detection. However, optimizing the size distribution of NMPs not received sufficient emphasis challenges associated with precise control deposition modulation reducing rates during growth. In this research, we achieved optimized spatial patterns AgNWs on electrospun poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) nanofibers by utilizing polydopamine (PDA) layer mild controllable reduction mediator, which density could be relatively precisely manipulated, achieving dense effective "hot spots". On other hand, harnessing inherent piezoelectric properties PVDF further boosted LSPR effect SERS test, forming flexible dual-enhancing substrate excellent sensitivity. addition addressing structural aspects, exploiting synergistic systems capable transferring external energy or forces enhance performances presents compelling avenue broaden practical applications SERS. The dual-enhanced an exceptional enhancement factor (EF) 1.05 × 108 low detection limit (LOD) 10–10 M test. This study focuses integrating polymer develop sensitivity practicality. findings provide insights into controllably depositing fibers hold implications development sensitive across various applications.

Abstract Despite prohibition in many countries, malachite green (MG) and crystal violet (CV) are illegally used aquaculture, endangering both human health the environment. Therefore, it is crucial to develop a method accurately detect MG CV. Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) technology based on noble metal materials has attracted considerable attention for detecting food contaminations. However, of poor stability have very low affinity organic molecules. Herein, this study, covalent frameworks (COFs) modified with silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) were as SERS substrates adsorption detection fungicides. COFs prepared by Schiff base reaction 1,3,5-tris (4-aminophenyl) benzene (TAPB) 2,5-dimethoxybenzene-1,4-dicarboxaldehyde (DMTA) had huge specific surface area could provide sufficient sites Ag NPs grown not only generated dense “hot spots” but also improved their stability. The results showed that COF@Ag exhibited high enhancement factor (1.4 × 10 6 ), reproducibility (RSD = 6.18%), good within 50 days 8.88%). Regression analyses ranges 0.0001–10.0 mg/L 0.0002–10.0 limits (LOD) standard solutions CV 3.8 −5 1.8 mg/L, respectively. Furthermore, fish samples, significant recoveries 90.83–107.91% 98.60–116.69% achieved. Hence, hoped work expand application COF trace analyses.

In the present research, a chemical co-precipitation approach has been used to synthesis, characterization, and photocatalytic applicability of Ni-doped α-Fe2O3 (hematite) nanoparticles. Biosynthesized iron oxide nanoparticles (IONPs) were successfully synthesized using non-toxic leaf extract Azadirachta indica (AI) plant (neem) as reducing stabilizing agent. X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning (SEM), Raman spectroscopy, FT-IR ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) have all examine materials. All produced NPs contain only nanocrystalline hematite phase, according XRD measurements. The morphology studies Ni-doping nanoparticles, demonstrated by TEM SEM. phase purity phonon modes prepared are confirmed spectroscopy. UV-Vis absorption tests show also that value band gap increases together with reduction in particle size, going from 2.26 eV for 2.5 green Additionally, it was clear magnetic characteristics samples behaved ferromagnetically at ambient temperatures. On other side, malachite (MG) dye surrogate industrial wastewater order study efficiency particles. pure/green showed after 70 minutes exposure, 92% MG had become discolored.
