The
chemical

(2-AP)
is
a

contributor

fragrance
of
rice.

first
efforts
towards
determining
quantities
2-AP
in
rice
by
grating-based
visible–near-infrared
reflectance
spectroscopy
using
diverse
set
varieties.

treatments

(OVAT)
methods
were
compared

modified

squares
model
with
