Abstract Malachite green, and phloxine B are highly effective antifungal, antibacterial agents utilized primarily in aquaculture. It is classified within the Triarylmethane dye. Numerous studies have indicated that malachite significantly toxic to both terrestrial aquatic organisms. More critically, it poses substantial risks human health safety. As a result, several governments prohibited its application aquaculture food production. There pressing need develop novel colorimetric probe for detection of B. In response, composite material was synthesized, combining Zeolitic Imidazolate Framework (ZIF-8) with silver-doped graphitic carbon nitride (Ag-g-C 3 N 4 ), serve as sensitive selective identification The Ag-g-C /ZIF-8 demonstrated exceptional sensing capabilities, attributed synergistic interactions between ZIF-8 , achieving limit low 1.073 nM, 1.214 B, respectively. This represents significant advancement environmental technology, providing versatile approach detecting addressing contamination water resources.
