Abstract
Background
This
study
investigated

antidiabetic

antioxidant
properties
of
hemp
seed
oil
using
various
bioanalytical
methods.

method

fermentation
(SSF)
is
reported
for
producing
bioactive
phenolic
compounds
using
soil-isolated
fungi.
Antioxidant
