Essential oils (EOs) are a diverse source of bioactive compounds with remarkable therapeutic potential. Despite their significance, Conocarpus EOs have been largely underexplored. This study provides novel comparison the metabolic profiles and biological activities from C. lancifolius, erectus green, silver leaves cultivated in United Arab Emirates (UAE), offering unique insights into distinct properties potential applications. were extracted via hydro-distillation, analyzed using gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS), subjected to chemometric analysis. Their antioxidant (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) ferric reducing ability plasma (FRAP) assays), antidiabetic (α-amylase α-glucosidase inhibition), acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibition antimicrobial assessed. A total 92 metabolites identified, heptacosane nonacosane as key species discriminants. lancifolius EO showed strongest α-amylase (IC50 8.75 ± 0.54 µg/mL) 22.31 0.92 inhibitory activities, while demonstrated superior capacity 349.78 8.26 µg/mL, DPPH assay). exhibited best activity, particularly against Staphylococcus aureus (MIC 625 µg/mL). inhibited E. coli albicans In contrast, no activity Aspergillus niger. These findings highlight antioxidants for managing diabetes that may be utilized either nutraceuticals, dietary supplements or even pharmaceutical formulations. Moreover, owing significant added medical disinfectants several products. However, further, vivo validation exploration is still needed.

Fusarium graminearum is a common plant pathogen among cereals worldwide. The application of chemical antifungal compounds the most frequently used method in controlling F. graminearum. However, its excessive use and genomic plasticity fungal genome lead to increased resistance levels these compounds. In this context, plant-derived might play role protecting against head blight (FHB) crown rot (CR) as an alternative. study, we aimed examine effects essential oil obtained from Rosa damascena Mill. on using molecular analytical methods. composition was determined by GC-MS. half effective concentration (EC50) value R. (REO) for 604.25 µg mL−1. Water-soluble tetrazolium 1 (WST-1) analyses revealed that REO caused cytotoxicity potential oxidative stress autophagic cell death capacity towards via gene expression analysis fluorescence microscopy. It also that, due plant-protective effect REO, disease severity treated plants decreased up 27.78% juvenile wheat seedlings infected Our data show be alternative natural ingredient field protection.
