Hevea brasiliensis is the most efficient crop for latex production and has been main source global commercialisation since 1876. However, little known about its glycosylation properties. Studying glycoproteomics challenging due to analytical difficulties heterogeneous nature of glycans. In this study, we extracted natural rubber (NRL) proteins, purify peptide/glycopeptide mixtures isolate glycopeptides using HILIC, SAX, TiO2 enrichment methods. showed high selectivity compared SAX retaining unique proteins glycans based on hydrophilicity. We identified LC-MS/MS PEAKS Studio 7.5. These methods significantly improved protein coverage non-enriched samples. Three glycoproteins (patatin, REF, glucan endo-1,3-beta-D-glucosidase) seven internationally recognised allergens (hev b 1, hev 2, 3, 5, 7, 14, 15) were identified. not only helped identify but also sequence coverage.
