Data from 2011 2018 National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) dataset were analyzed. Four cycles of data combined estimate these outcomes. Results are presented as overall group by subgroups. All analyses weighted be nationally representative. The Taylor Series Linearization approach was used generate variance estimates. A total 12,529 participants included. Over 70% reported taking more than one unit dietary supplements daily. Notably, approximately 40% had been five years about 67% highly adherent at least supplement. However, only 26.9% taken following a doctor’s recommendation. primary intake included improving health (37.2%), maintaining (34.7%), bone (21.4%), diet supplementation (20.3%).
