Acid suppressant medications, widely used to manage gastric acid secretions and related disorders, rely heavily on the expertise of community pharmacists. This underscores importance understanding pharmacists’ knowledge, attitudes, practices regarding counseling acid-suppressant medications. A cross-sectional survey-based study was conducted from end 23 rd August 2024 beginning 30 th September 2024. showed that most participants, 146 (64.6%), were females. 119 (52.65%), participants have good knowledge suppressants vs. 107 (47.35%) with poor knowledge. Additionally, 101 (84%) who state they direct interaction or contact patients/customers, while only 18 (15.13%) (p-value = 0.15) no patients/customers. Patients in Saudi Arabia are typically prescribed drugs by Over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceuticals pharmacy settings must be managed ensure patient drug safety.
