To address this issue, study focuses on risk assessment for using best-worst method and grey target decision method. Several digital technologies are available to facilitate the transition toward a circular supply chain infrastructure. Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) should assess their readiness and measure performance select most appropriate technology. This study explores how well-established such as Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Manufacturing (CM), Big Data Analytics (BDA) impact infrastructure in SMEs. Questionnaires have been distributed collect employees' preferences concerning management criteria (profit, innovation, sustainability, optimization). The responses organized into three clusters using Principal Component Analysis (PCA).
