In order to find out the differences in tea quality characteristics from different regions and reasons for their formation, 32 biochemical components, 22 mineral elements, 3 stable isotope ratios were determined 93 white leaf (WLT) samples. The findings revealed that significant content of free amino acids, catechins, caffeine, several observed among WLT samples origins. Furthermore, a Pearson correlation analysis showed correlations 15 chemical composition qualities 14 elements with soil factors. δ13C δ18O values significantly correlated meteorological Classification models based on multiple signatures facilitated successful differentiation origins, achieving high prediction accuracy over 90%. This study comprehensively identified distinct China proved an effective method classifying main production areas.

The impact of emerging stressors, such as pesticides and heavy metals, on the nutritional quality, resistance, antioxidant systems crops is subject intense monitoring. Due to its low toxicity biocompatibility, nano-selenium (nano-Se) increases capacity more effectively than selenium (Se). However, protective mechanism nano-Se in plum trees still unknown when subjected long-term abiotic stress. In this study, foliar application enhanced fruit's fresh weight diameter plant growth development by increasing content trace elements (Zn Se) amino acids (Try, Phe, Pro, Arg) leaves fruits. Compared control, treatment dramatically improved plant's system, resulting a substantial increase SOD (44.3 %), POD (24.3 CAT (95.6 %) levels. It also increased IAA (118.8 total flavonoids (23.0 phenols (15.8 rutin (37.7 quercetin (146.8 caffeic acid (19.8 contents regulating phenylpropane metabolic pathways. Targeted analysis indicated that biofortification greatly levels His (60.7 Ser (123.5 Thr (105.7 Val (202.1 Ile (236.2 Leu (84.0 Tyr (235.0 Phe (164.7 %). non-target metabolomics results showed stimulated nutrition boosting metabolism production. Therefore, can improve quality resistance plums both primary secondary pathways plants enhancing capacity. This investigation provides reference for extrapolating positive effects crop other species.
