Experimental options: option 1 (control); 2 (lime 4.6 t/ha); 3 t/ha, N70K140); 4 N100K200). were grown at an illumination intensity PAR 200 mmol/m , with a photoperiod 12 hours before flowering stage. results study showed that application lime mineral fertilizers significantly increased biomass, height, leaf area photosynthesis, accelerated compared control. At same time, greatest influence plant productivity exerted by introduction into soil, which caused maximum increase in photosynthesis water use efficiency (WUE), number inflorescences their mass. urea sulfate additional weight area. There no significant chlorophyll content, stomatal conductance, transpiration WUE.

ABSTRACT Sugar beet ( Beta vulgaris L.) is a globally significant crop, valued for its economic importance in sugar production. Saline‐sodic soil environments negatively impact productivity. This study investigates the effects of using compost, glauconite enriched‐K and their combinations mitigating saline‐sodic environment, productivity extracted quality. A two‐season field experiment split‐plot design with main plots three doses compost: control (C0), recommended (100%) dose (C1) 150% (C2). Each group divided into four subplots treatments arranged according to potassium (K) as follows: G0 (no glauconite), G1 (50% K), G2 (100% K, 480 Kg Fed −1 ) G3 (150% K). The results showed that compost mitigated adverse caused by salinity sodicity. C2G3 treatment reduced electrical conductivity (EC) exchangeable sodium percentage (ESP), improved organic matter enhanced bulk density, porosity penetration resistance. combination also increased nutrients (N, Fe, Mn, Zn Cu). Regarding yield, root top yield sugar. application diameter 20% length 23%, quality minimal losses molasses (2.43%), impurities α‐amino N Na. Principal component analysis positive correlations between potassium, matter, cation exchange capacity porosity, negative EC, pH ESP. Two‐way (ANOM) illustrated on soil–plant interactions. Multivariate indicated higher significantly yield. Gag run charts confirmed levels explored more homogeneity reducing ESP%, increasing
