Ecosystems are severely damaged with rising global temperatures, the rapid increase in population and continuous exploitation utilization of natural resources. The selection conservation priorities is great significance to regional ecological security sustainable development. Here we identified by balancing ecosystem services trade-offs analyzed spatiotemporal changes services. Water yield, soil conservation, carbon storage, habitat quality, recreation were quantified using InVEST model. By comparing efficiencies under each scenario, found for water be 1.05, 1.76, 1.30, 1.37 1.41, respectively. consistently greater than 1 during years 2000–2015. implementation Grain-for-Green Programme increased rainfall have improved our results environmental protection improvement

Most of the Earth's Ecosystem Services (ESs) have experienced a decreasing trend in last few decades, primarily due to increasing human dominance natural environment. Identification and categorization factors that affect provision ESs from global local scales are challenging. This study makes an effort identify key driving examine their effects on different Sundarbans region, India. We carry out analysis following five successive steps: (1) quantifying biophysical economic values using three valuation approaches; (2) identifying six major forces ESs; (3) categorizing principal data components with dimensionality reduction; (4) constructing multivariate regression models variance partitioning; (5) implementing spatial causal anthropogenic forcings ESs. Results show climatic factors, environmental stressors significantly Among climate highly associated variation explain maximum model variances (R2 = 0.75–0.81). The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is an important ecological function area in the world, but its ecosystem very fragile owing to alpine environment. Owing varying landforms exhibiting significant spatial differences terms of temperature, light, soil and water conservation capacity, topography largely determines distribution services areas with complex natural conditions. Studying impact on for efficient land use management. However, effects have rarely been studied Plateau. In this study, using data from 1980, 1990, 2000, 2010, 2020, value (ESV) was estimated, spatiotemporal variation characteristics were analyzed ESV equivalent factor method. Spatial autocorrelation introduced analyze dependency between topography. results showed that decreased $1,700,028 million 1980 $1,656,0 38 1990 then steadily increased $1,678,294 2020. Moreover, average mainly characterized by high values southeast region low northwest region. exhibited different geographical distributions temporal across topographic gradient, a dependence observed Hence, priority should be given protection high-altitude areas, such as mountain valley regions plateau.
