The pandemic coronavirus (CoV) disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome CoV-2 (SARS-CoV-2) is a major threat to global human health. To date, there are no approved prophylactics or therapeutics available for COVID-19. Reverse genetics powerful approach understand factors involved in viral pathogenesis, antiviral screening, and vaccine development. In this study, we describe the feasibility of generating recombinant SARS-CoV-2 (rSARS-CoV-2) transfection single bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC). Importantly, rSARS-CoV-2 possesses same phenotype as natural isolate vitro vivo . This first description BAC-based reverse system time that an has been shown be phenotypically identical validated animal model infection. will facilitate study development treatment

Background: The health profession is a burnout producer due to the continuous contact with pain and suffering. In addition, excessive workloads can generate stress psychological distress. Objectives: aim of this study was determine degree its main triggers in professionals Spain at most critical period COVID-19 emergency. Method: A quantitative research developed through simple random sampling different Spanish hospitals greatest impact pandemic (N = 157). Data were collected using standardized questionnaire from Maslach inventory (MBI) containing 22 items, which measures three subscales: emotional burnout, depersonalization, self-fulfillment. Results: depersonalization values reached 38.9%. total 90.4% considered that care should be provided work centers. Furthermore, 43.3% estimated they might need treatment future. Finally, 85.4% stated lack personal protective equipment (PPE) generated an increase anxiety. Conclusion: This demonstrates consider specific mental services training crises avoid possible disorders. information obtained also valuable for development future prevention protocols personnel face pandemics these characteristics or emergency scenarios. Having necessary physical means their protection, as well updated regular accurate information, essential feelings fear uncertainty. would promote professionals.
