In the context of global climate change, changes in precipitation and temperature conditions, especially increasing frequency extreme events, have a severe impact on agricultural production. Predicting change adjusting planting structures over time are critical to sustainable development. this study, Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 6 (CMIP6) Soil Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) models were used simulate future runoff middle reaches Heihe River Basin (MHR). Then, MOPSO NSGA-II plan structures. The results showed that MHR an trend. By 2070 s, was projected increase by more than 2 °C under SSP245, while SSP585 4 °C. annual mean increase, but distribution uneven, increased mainly concentrated spring autumn. Under interaction precipitation, will future, SSP585, is reach 2.48 billion m³/a s. Crop water demand with temperature, crop irrigation would 14.4 % s SSP245. Planting vegetables helps improve economic benefits carbon sinks, control soil erosion, area best kept at approximately 16 %. Fertilizers films primary sources production activities MHR, accounting for 60 total carbon. This study suggests promoting development improving efficiency, using low-carbon fertilizers, controlling gradually expanding vegetable considered ecological environment.
