The Pseudomonas promysalinigenes strain RL-WG26, which was previously isolated from the rhizosphere of Sea Rice 86 (SR86), could promote plant growth and alleviate salt stress SR86 by regulating ion concentration in plants, increasing dry weight chlorophyll content reducing proline malondialdehyde roots. Here, we report complete genome sequence RL-WG26 to lay a foundation for deciphering molecular mechanisms RL-WG26-mediated tolerance further application potential this strain. The rhizosphere is a dynamic ecosystem consisting of plethora microorganisms. microbiome plays diverse roles in cereal plants. Among them, the bacterial population associated with roots including exophyte microbes and endophytes has direct impact on plant development health. In this chapter, we describe cereals, meta-genomics studies, isolation identification rhizobacterial exophytes different plants, characterization rhizobacteria, potential rhizobacteria crops. these will be pathogenic, parasitic, neutral, growth-promoting, stress-tolerant, biocontrol, etc. Overall, chapter explore recent research advances updates
