The rapid detection of petroleum hydrocarbons and organic pesticides is an important prerequisite for precise soil management. It also a guarantee quality, environmental safety, human health. However, the current methods are prone to sample matrix interference, complex development processes, short lifespan, low accuracy. Moreover, they face difficulties in achieving simultaneous pesticides. In this paper, we developed electronic nose system based on gas technology, which includes sampling module recognition model. can simultaneously acquire odor signals soil. established model quickly distinguish between healthy soil, contaminated by hydrocarbons, achieve specific pesticide types types. performance was verified real products, experiment shows that has accuracy 100% three tasks: conditions identification, identification.

Amphibians are subject to several stressors in the aquatic and terrestrial environments, human activities have profoundly impacted this vertebrate group. The aim of present study was analyze physicochemical parameters, metals pesticide residues, toxicity water sediment samples from an environment with high agricultural activity (S1: Salto stream; S2: drainage channel downstream S1) by means bioassays using Rhinella arenarum (Amphibia: Anura) larvae. Metals pesticides were analyzed fluorescence spectrometer X-ray total reflection ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-MS/MS, respectively. For lethality bioassays, 10 larvae (in triplicate) exposed for 504 h samples. Also, 50 96 evaluation biomarkers neurotoxicity, oxidative stress, genotoxicity. Twenty-six different (mainly herbicides) detected both sites, Cu, Zn, Pb exceeded limit protection life. Lethality observed sites at chronic exposure. Oxidative stress sites. In S1, alterations neurotoxicity observed. These results alert about degradation highlight need monitor control use pesticides. PRACTITIONER POINTS: stream basin. Perinatal exposure to a glyphosate-based herbicide (GBH) or its active ingredient, glyphosate (Gly), has been demonstrated increase implantation failure in rats. This study investigates potential mechanisms of action, analyzing uterine preparation towards the receptive state. Pregnant Wistar rats (F0) were treated orally with GBH Gly (3.8 and 3.9 mg Gly/kg/day, respectively) from gestational day (GD) 9 until weaning. Adult F1 females became pregnant samples collected on GD5 (preimplantation period). Histomorphological parameters assessed. Immunohistochemistry was applied evaluate cell proliferation protein expression estrogen receptors (ERα ERβ), cycle regulators (PTEN, cyclin G1, p27, IGF1R-α), Wnt5a/β-catenin/FOXA2/Lif pathway. Both showed increased stromal proliferation, associated high ERs. Dysregulation PTEN G1 also observed group. Reduced gland number both groups, along decreased pathway glandular epithelium. Overall, perinatal disrupted intrinsic pathways involved endometrial function, providing plausible mechanism for glyphosate-induced by compromising receptivity. Similar effects between suggest principle mainly drives adverse outcomes.
