The round goby (Neogobius melanostomus) is an invasive species that can be used as a raw material in the food industry and also bioindicator of heavy metal pollution environment. In this study, Cd, Co, Cr, Mo, Ni, Pb were determined water, bottom sediment, muscle, liver, gills, gonads from Dąbie Lake, Szczecin Lagoon, Puck Bay (all southern Baltic Sea) using atomic absorption spectrometry. Fulton's condition factor, gonadal hepatosomatic indices (GSI, HSI) calculated. Based on estimated daily intake (EDI), target hazard quotient (THQ), carcinogenic risk (CR), we assessed human health related to consumption metals goby. fish had length weight ranges 15.0–16.7 cm 55.3–80.9 g, respectively. factor ranged 1.26 2.48 was highest (p < 0.05) for Lake. range concentrations (in μg kg−1) 2.92 (Cd muscles Lagoon) 106.4 (Ni Lake). found livers, Ni gonads, Cr gills. calculated EDIs below reference oral dose (RfD) maximum Cd (1.6% RfD) (15.1% RfD). less than 1. conclusion, has higher potential accumulate water sediments. Consumption its muscle should not pose (cancer considered acceptable). Due accumulation, moderate recommended pregnant women children. Finally, our results indicate (especially liver) monitor contamination aquatic ecosystems.

Abstract Bardawil Lake is a unique aquatic ecosystem that provides habitat for various fish and other marine organisms. This study aimed to analyze the quality of species prove this lake free pollution, not Egyptian lakes, due accumulation some heavy metals (Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn) in tissues were caught from lake. Thirty-five samples during Spring 2018 seven different species: Mugil cephalus, Liza auratus, Sparus aurata, Dicentrarchus labrax, Siganus rivulatus, Anguilla angilla, Solae solea . The Association Official Analytical Chemists methods using spectrophotometer determined biochemical composition. In contrast, atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) was employed determine expressed by µg/g wet weight. Results exposed essential micronutrient (Cu, content higher than toxic elements (Cd & Pb) muscles order Zn > Cu Pb Cd. Muscles < gills liver all except with gills. studied lower those set WHO EU standards. carcinogenic risk allowable limits 1 × 10 –6 –4 both normal high consumption groups; target total hazard quotients (THQ HI) 1. composition level highest liver, protein, which muscle species. There no evidence harmful contaminants muscular tissue sampled Lake, although fishing activity. However, customers should know health concerns may be associated overeating fish.

Non-essential heavy metals (HMs) are one of the most toxic substances released into environment, affecting food chain and posing a threat to security. The research data was collated after carefully observing some studies conducted on commonly consumed products highlighting metal exposure pathways crops techniques adapted quantification HMs in chain. tools developed estimate ecological health risks induced via ingestion HM-contaminated both children adults India discussed. It is observed that Cd, Cr, Cu, Pb, Zn studied products. Bioaccumulation indices Indian revealed varying intake. Children suffer more from consuming contaminated with than adults. This review summarizes distribution HMs, their pollution, correlation between each HM concentration.

In intensive aquaculture, the real-time detection and monitoring of common infectious disease is an important basis for scientific fish epidemic prevention strategies that can effectively reduce mortality economic loss. However, low-quality underwater images low-identification targets present great challenges to diseased detection. To overcome these challenges, this paper proposes a model, using improved YOLOV5 network aquaculture (DFYOLO). The specific implementation methods are as follows: (1) C3 structure used instead CSPNet model facilitate industrial deployment algorithm; (2) all 3 × convolutional kernels in backbone replaced by kernel group consisting parallel 3, 1 kernels; (3) block attention module added algorithm. Experimental results fishing ground showed DFYOLO better than original network, average precision was from 94.52% 99.38% (when intersection over union 0.5), increase 4.86%. Therefore, detect applicable aquaculture.
