Water bodies in cities often suffer from intense eutrophication due to excessive nutrient addition.Hence, the restoration of a eutrophic water body its original healthy state is crucial. Therefore, this research investigated possible use polyaluminium chloride (PAC) restore shallow pool Thailand.A dosage PAC at 30 g/m 2 was applied as slurry 2021.Water quality and sediment properties were monitored before, during, after application (four consecutive weeks). The results revealed that before PAC, hypereutrophic (mean total nitrogen 0.74±0.32 mean phosphorus 3.24±0.88mg/l).Mean chlorophyll exceptionally high (887.45±48.33µg/l).The predominant species Spirulina sp. Microcystis sp.After parameters improved. The phosphorus, turbidity reduced significantly (p<0.05), transparency depth enhanced.Furthermore, intact phytoplankton cells shifted cyanobacteria green algae.Flocs observed surface on sediment. This method proved be practical use, low operational cost, did not affect freshwater fauna toxicity.

Lactobacillus plantarum (L. plantarum) has been globally regarded as antibiotic alternative in animal farming the past few years. However, potential function of L. broilers not systemically explored. In this study, a total 560 one-day-old yellow-feathered were randomly divided into 3 groups, fed with basal diet and drank HJZW08 (LP) at concentration 0 (CON), 1000 × 10^5 (LP1000), 2000 CFU/L (LP2000) for 70 d. Results showed that body weight (BW), average daily gain (ADG), feed intake (ADFI), immunoglobulin A (IgA), IgY, anti-inflammatory interleukin 10 (IL-10) markedly improved (P < 0.05), while levels pro-inflammatory IL-2, IL-1β, IL-6, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) serum decreased 0.05) LP2000 group comparing CON group. Besides, LP treatment groups prominently increased activities antioxidant enzymes content malondialdehyde (MDA). Additionally, isobutyric acid LP1000 isovaleric significantly improved. More importantly, α-diversity microbial structure intestinal microbiota pronounced altered by supplementation. The results only relative abundance Actinobacteriota was group, 6 kinds bacteria on genus level changed. For further validation, linear discriminant analysis effect size (LEfSe) plots revealed 8 amplicon sequence variants (ASVs) predominant Bacteroides other beneficial species such Lactimicrobium massiliense (ASV4 ASV36), Intestinimonas butyriciproducens (ASV71), Barnesiella viscericola (ASV152 ASV571) enriched groups. Taken together, dietary supplementation obviously enhanced immune status, capacity, stabilized cecal SCFAs, contributing to improvement growth performance broilers. Our study laid good foundation application probiotic industry future.
