Abstract Mangrove carbon sink is one of important and strategic ways addressing the problem emissions, mangrove projects are carriers to realize value sink. There various risks involved in process developing as they will have a significant impact on successful development these projects. From perspective supply entities, this article divides entire life cycle into five stages: (1) decision stage, (2) design (3) construction (4) verification filing (5) operation maintenance stage. With goal achieving project success risk measurement evaluation model hereby established, paths coefficients 61 factors obtained. The research results indicate that: (a) different stages exhibit coefficients, with stage bearing greatest project; (b) for projects, policy risks, technical market three major types that require special attention; (c) about 1/4 all belong category first level risk. These can provide theoretical basis effective implementation management plans so ensure greater effectiveness, promote ultimately contribute realization neutrality.

Duckweed is a future food and source of affordable protein that has the potential to replace animal protein. This study aims formulate bio-fertilizer consisting mangrove-associated bacteria boost growth duckweeds as sustainable approach increase plant-based yields. The culture-depending technique was performed by using Aleksandrow agar, Pikovskaya’s Jensen agar screen potassium-solubilizing bacteria, phosphate-solubilizing nitrogen-fixing respectively, from mangrove soil sediments. Mangrove-associated are close Acinetobacter radioresistens, Brachybacterium paraconglomeratum, Enterobacter cloacae, which known Klebsiella quasipneumoniae, Bacillus tropicus, Paenibacillus pasadenensis cereus thuringiensis were identified through 16S rRNA gene sequencing. After that, three sets bio-fertilizers randomly formulated. Each set consisted potassium- well commercial compost carrier. These formulated evaluated for plant promotion production on duckweed plants under temperatures between 26 30°C. results showed each our can nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), growth, content when compared control group. It indicates with high NPK contents could enhance its content, supply sustainably.

Mangrove ecosystems are considered most essential areas wetland since they sequester carbon more efficiently than terrestrial ecosystems.
