Duckweed is a future food and source of affordable protein that has the potential to replace animal protein. This study aims formulate bio-fertilizer consisting mangrove-associated bacteria boost growth duckweeds as sustainable approach increase plant-based yields. The culture-depending technique was performed by using Aleksandrow agar, Pikovskaya’s Jensen agar screen potassium-solubilizing bacteria, phosphate-solubilizing nitrogen-fixing respectively, from mangrove soil sediments. Mangrove-associated are close Acinetobacter radioresistens, Brachybacterium paraconglomeratum, Enterobacter cloacae, which known Klebsiella quasipneumoniae, Bacillus tropicus, Paenibacillus pasadenensis cereus thuringiensis were identified through 16S rRNA gene sequencing. After that, three sets bio-fertilizers randomly formulated. Each set consisted potassium- well commercial compost carrier. These formulated evaluated for plant promotion production on duckweed plants under temperatures between 26 30°C. results showed each our can nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), growth, content when compared control group. It indicates with high NPK contents could enhance its content, supply sustainably.
