ABSTRACT This study investigates the viability and benefits of utilizing compressed earth blocks (CEBs) as a sustainable construction material under varying climatic conditions, focusing on two cities in Saudi Arabia: Riyadh, representing hot desert climate, Abha, cooler, high‐altitude climate. A comprehensive simulation‐based methodology was employed, which included energy performance modeling optimization using EnergyPlus software, climate data analysis, environmental impact assessment, cost analysis. To further verify results, simulations were validated machine learning model, specifically gradient boosting regressor (GBR), to ensure accuracy reliability. The demonstrate that CEBs provide substantial terms structural performance, efficiency, sustainability. For instance, CEB buildings showed reduced cooling loads by 35% Riyadh 25% while also maintaining high indoor air quality thermal comfort, leading 80‐85% occupant satisfaction. use contributed significant reductions carbon emissions, with 90% renewable materials, proved be cost‐effective over long term. GBR validation confirmed less than 2% variation from simulations, ensuring reliability results. Environmental assessments revealed resource consumption, waste generation through adoption CEBs.
