Plastic consumption has increased significantly over the previous few decades and it is one of most significant sources waste in many countries. Recycling energy recovery methods are just two for dealing with plastic waste. As a result, process converting into its application diesel engine was reviewed present study. The pyrolysis could be utilized to use efficiently. converted liquid oil, gas, solid by using this process. This article oil (PPO) engines regarding properties effects on fuel's performance, combustion, emission parameters. PPO typically lower sulfur concentration than standard fuel. improves cylinder pressure, brake power, thermal efficiency while lowering fuel when blended diesel. Emissions can also vary depending combustion characteristics, quality, technology. literature assessments yields conflicting results nitrogen oxides hydrocarbon emissions from PPO. However, because higher oxygen concentration, carbon monoxide (CO) particulate matter (PM) often decrease. Finally, study recommended 10%-90% mix PPO-diesel as an alternative no modifications; may adding additives/nanoparticles or modifying engine.
