Water resource health is one of the necessary conditions for society to achieve sustainable development. Due predominant focus most studies on relatively short time spans, with limited attention long series and spatial trends, this study, using various regions Henan Province as a case constructs water security assessment framework based DPSIR model encompassing Drivers (D), Pressures (P), State (S), Impact (I), Response (R) dimensions, selection 19 evaluation indicators. Based index system, CRITIC-TOPSIS method formulated by integrating CRITIC (Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation) TOPSIS (Technique Order Preference Similarity Ideal Solution) models. This employed assess degree in from 2013 2022. And Obstruction Degree Model introduced diagnose levels Province. The results indicate that over past decade, overall level has shown an increasing trend. Irrigated area, per capita resources, consumption unit industrial value added, acre agricultural irrigation, ratio river length meeting quality standards, groundwater supply proportion, sewage treatment rate are identified primary obstacles influencing different research outcomes study can serve theoretical foundations enhance urban globally, ultimately facilitating

Accurate monitoring of crop drought thresholds at different growth periods is crucial for monitoring. In this study, the canopy temperature (Tc) winter wheat (‘Weilong 169’ variety) during three main was extracted from high-resolution thermal and multispectral images taken by a complete unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) system. Canopy-air difference (ΔT) statistic Crop Water Stress Index (CWSIsi) indicators were constructed based on Tc. Combined experiment data field ΔT CWSIsi levels monitored. The results showed strong correlation between Tc using NDVI-OTSU method ground-truth temperature, with an R2 value 0.94. more stable than index in level affecting wheat. threshold ranges as follows: jointing–heading period, where normal, mild drought, moderate severe are <0.30, 0.30–0.42, 0.42–0.48, >0.48, respectively; heading–filling mild, moderate, <0.33, 0.33–0.47, 0.44–0.53, >0.53, filling–maturation <0.41, 0.41–0.54, 0.54–0.59, >0.59, respectively. UAV system can improve accuracy has considerable potential disaster identification.
