polluted

to
human
activities.

far
pollution
status
and
related
ecological
risks
this
region
have
not
been
detailly
investigated.

study,
pollutants
including
heavy
metals,
polycyclic
aromatic
hydrocarbons
(PAHs)
organochlorine
pesticides
(OCPs)
eight
sediment
samples
were
quantified.
18S
rRNA
gene
sequencing
employed
profile
nematode
community
structure
within
these
sediments.
Ecotoxicological
indices
from
Caenorhabditis
elegans
(C.
elegans)
also
applied
for
a
comprehensive
risk
assessment
Lake.
Notably,
Cadmium
(Cd)
identified
as
key
driver
risk,
reaching
an
index
1287.35.
At
sample
point
S4,
OCPs
particularly
p,p′-DDT,
displayed
extreme
with
value
23.19.
Cephalobidae
Mononchida
showed
strong
sensitivity
pollutant
levels,
reinforcing
their
suitability
robust
bioindicators.
