This study investigates the effects of Aspergillus meal prebiotic on a spectrum parameters, including productive performance, bone mineralization, and intestinal integrity, in broiler chickens. Day-of-hatch Cobb 500 by-product male chicks (320 total) were randomly assigned to two experimental groups (G1 G2) floor pens (150×300 cm), each pen containing separate feeders watering systems (8 replicates per treatment, 20 birds/pen). Chickens kept G1 (control) fed basal diet, while those G2 (treated) diet supplemented with 0.2% PRI-A-FERM. Performance body weight (BW), gain (BWG), feed intake (FI), conversion ratio (FCR), evaluated weekly from 7th day end trial at 42 d. Fluorescein isothiocyanate-dextran (FITC-d) was administered via oral gavage 3 chickens/replicate (n = 24), blood collected 21d 42d determine serum concentration FITC-d as biomarker evaluate permeability peptide YY an indirect short chain fatty acids. that received \textit{Aspergillus} showed significant increase BW, BWG, FI days 14, 21, 28, 35, (P<0.05) reduction FCR evaluation compared control. Moreover, chickens concentrations both evaluation, well YY. Additionally, treated animals significantly increased strength, total ash, calcium phosphorous content times In summary, results this suggest supplementation can positively influence integrity The observed improvements underscore importance gut health overall poultry performance. findings contribute growing knowledge benefits prebiotics (0.2%, PRI-A-FERM) animal nutrition highlight potential for their practical application enhancing production systems. Further research is warranted elucidate underlying mechanisms optimize utilization improved productivity

A total of 1,436,000 Ross 380 AP broiler chicks were included in the experiment, which was conducted two cycles with 20 houses per cycle and 35,900 birds house. The objective to evaluate, under field conditions, impact a precision biotic (PB) on growth performance cecal microbiome chickens, comparison enzymatically hydrolyzed yeast (EHY) butyrate (BT) an antibiotic-free diet. Each consisted six (6) PB supplementation, 14 regular dietary program used by integration. Body weight (BW), feed intake (FI), conversion ratio (FCR) assessed at processing age, ranging from 39 45 d. Birds had ad libitum access water feed. On day 29, content 7 house (42 treatment) collected for analysis applying shotgun metagenomics approach. data analyzed ANCOVA, considered as experimental unit (n = 20; P < 0.05), bird 84; 0.05). Both treatment groups performed below strain target terms BW, but better FCR. There no significant differences (P > 0.05) between both performance, indicating that effectively replaced EHY BT without compromising growth. However, functional changes observed fed PB, enrichment pathways related carbon nitrogen metabolism. These associated increased metabolism index can lead higher endogenous short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) production. Overall, potentially increasing SCFA production intestinal microbiome, supported chickens similar achieved BT.
