The accumulation of sludge from Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs) in coir industries has become a serious concern, raising critical questions about the eco-friendly management large volumes industry ETP coir-producing countries like India. This study aimed to explore viable solution for bioprocessing and assess its potential as soil amendment. Based on C: N ratio initial characteristics sludge, cow dung, poultry manure were identified amendments sustainable bioconversion. mixture was inoculated with TNAU Biomineralizer, specialized culture that aids decomposition. bioconversion experiment used six treatment combinations (T1 T6) monitor nutrient transformations. Compost T6 (50% Sludge + 25% Poultry Manure Cow Dung Biomineralizer) exhibited significant improvement content. efficacy composted further assessed through pot using Amaranthus variety CO 6, where different proportions applied alongside recommended agricultural practices. results revealed T8 (100% Composted Silica Solubilizing Bacteria) package practices combined 100% significantly enhanced growth parameters, including root length, shoot number leaves, outperforming other treatments. highlights organic Biomineralizer offers solution, presenting promising approach advancing circular economy.
