BACKGROUND Diabetes is a serious chronic disease, and many studies show that telehealth management can help diabetes patients control blood glucose well. Telehealth not limited by distance, which gives it great potential. OBJECTIVE Our research designed to clarify the impact of internet-based health on in understand related factors order develop more effective management. METHODS In five provinces northwest China, our study selected 56542 adult participants without cognitive illness or mental disorder conducted 4-year long-term We examinations questionnaires collect clinical parameters change health-related behaviors, figure out effectiveness internet And new-onset with were used analyze control. All data statistically analyzed using SPSS. RESULTS After 4 years management, eligible decreased significantly. The improvement behaviors was also significant. analysis showed compliance guidance could effectively glucose. Among those relevant factors, smoking, suitable intake fruit beans considered significantly binary logistic regression model analysis. CONCLUSIONS has shown significant diabetes, sedentary time, fruits effective.

Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs) can impact various systems in the human body. However, their influence on biological aging remains unclear. This study aims to investigate association between PFASs exposure based data from 9756 participants China National Human Biomonitoring Program assesses potential moderating effect of Dietary Diversity Score (DDS). Biological age indexes were calculated using Klemera-Doubal method (KDM) Mahalanobis distance (MD). The DDS was consumption frequency 13 food groups over past 12 months. Most showed positive associations with KDM-age acceleration (KDM-AA), while no statistically significant observed MD. dose-response relationships KDM-AA MD steeper at low concentrations PFASs, then slope appeared flat higher concentrations. weighted quantile sum revealed mixture effects aging. PFHpS PFNA both major contributors potentially modify Our findings demonstrate that significantly associated accelerated aging, whereas mitigates these adverse effects, highlighting importance this preventive measure.

Hyperuricemia, a major worldwide burden on public hygiene, is closely connected with dietary habits. However, few studies have evaluated the association of diversity hyperuricemia. To preliminarily reveal status diversified diet in preventing hyperuricemia based neighborhood-based, massive-scale cohort China, total 43,493 participants aged 20–74 years old, no history at baseline, were enrolled research from April 2016 to December 2019. The Dietary Diversity Score (DDS) was utilized evaluate variety and split into low-, medium-, high-DDS groups. Information regional health information systems that acquired data instances up 28 February 2023. Hazard ratios (HRs) 95% confidence intervals (CIs) computed by Cox proportional hazards models. Restricted cubic splines (RCS) implemented analyze dose–response correlation. A 1460 individuals newly diagnosed observed over median follow-up period 5.59 years. Compared low-DDS group, HRs for medium- groups 0.87 (95% CI 0.76–0.99) 0.80 0.70–0.91) fully adjusted model, respectively. risk incidence reduced 5% each 1 unit DDS increase. linear correlation emerged further revealed intake 8–10 broad categories food could decrease Our results validate principle “food diversification” recommended guidelines. Conclusions should be applied caution considering paucity related evidence additional nations.
