The lone application of ammonium fertilizer is one the most commonly used measures to supplement soil nutrients. At same time, it also causes acidification and leads many environmental problems, such as degradation eutrophication. Garlic (Allium sativum L.) stalk (RGS) returning has been widely researched for its benefits related organic carbon (SOC) crop yields. However, few have effects incorporation RGS mixed with on physicochemical properties bacterial community composition. We incubated control (N0); sulfate (AS); combined 1%, 2%, 3%, 5% (rate dry weight) garlic at 25 °C 60% water-filled pore spaces (WFPS) 67 days. measured before last day experiment. results showed that adding increased contents potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), total nitrogen (TN), but significantly decreased nitrate (NO3−). In addition, relative abundance r-strategists r/K ratio. α diversity bacteria reached highest value 3% treatment. Compared AS, Firmicutes Actinobacteria Proteobacteria Acidobacteria. function genes Replication_and_Repair Cell_Motility were enhanced after while Metabolism_of_Other_Amino_Acids, Enzyme_Families, Metabolism rates. Although SOC increased, NO3− increase in levels, which could be due strong decreases nitrifying increases rates from 5%. Therefore, suitable biodiversity nutrient balance.

Through soil incubation experiments, the effects of aged PBAT + PLA (polybutylene adipate terephthalate polylactic acid) film fragments were analyzed. Surface characteristics and chemical structures films changed significantly after one (T2) two years (T1) aging compared to new (T3). Both reduced pH, altered enzyme activities, influenced dissolved organic matter (DOM) fluorescence. Alkaline phosphatase activity declined by 33.2%, 23.8%, 11.6% for T1, T2, T3, respectively, while urease sucrase activities increased in a time-dependent manner. The degree humification rose 66.4%, 60.4%, 49.3%, 88.6% T4, control (CK). Aged exhibited stronger DOM fluorescence intensity than films. Tessier extraction analysis revealed decrease exchangeable Cd 22.9%, 13.1%, 10.2% organically bound Cu increased. Correlation indicated significant positive relationship between heavy metal bioavailability. These findings provide insight into ecological biodegradable agricultural films, offering theoretical foundation assessing their environmental risks safety.
