The nexus between environmental pollution (EP) and technological innovation is crucial for achieving sustainable development. However, existing literature has paid less attention to the new form of high-quality (HI) in management. This paper uses panel data from 31 Chinese provinces 2008 2020, employing two-stage least squares method investigate relationship HI EP. empirical results reveal that can effectively reduce EP, which holds after multiple robustness tests, this effect more obvious southern China. Meanwhile, drives clean efficient energy transition decreases Moreover, increased regulation weakens influence on major contributions study are constructing an index including innovation, human capital, government support examining its EP findings encourage implement policies innovation-driven transformation, conservation emissions reduction.

Diesel pallet trucks, a type of heavy-duty diesel trucks (HDDTs), have historically been vital component in logistics and transport due to their high payload capacity. However, they also present significant challenges, particularly terms emissions which contribute substantially urban air pollution. Traditional HDDTs emission measurement methods, such as engine bench tests those used laboratory settings, often fail capture real-world behaviors accurately. This study specifically examines the characteristics exceeding 30 t under varying loads (unloaded, half loaded, fully loaded) different road conditions (urban, suburban, high-speed). Considering that data quality is key accuracy scheme, this research utilized portable system (PEMS) real-time carbon dioxide (CO2), monoxide (CO), nitrogen oxides (NOX), total hydrocarbons (THC). Key findings demonstrate direct correlation between vehicle load factors, with factors for CO2, CO, NOX increasing by 39.5%, 105.4%, 22.7%, respectively, from unloaded loaded states comprehensive operating conditions. Regression analyses further provide an factor prediction model HDDPTs, underscoring continuous relationship speed, load, rates. These scientific basis pollution control strategies trucks.

As an emerging technology in liquid inactivation, one of the main challenges pulsed electric fields (PEFs) inactivation lies quantitatively describing and predicting its lethality to microorganisms. However, due cross-scaled complexity consequent numerous regulatory factors, there is currently still no unified framework understand PEF dose–response relationship population dynamics theoretically. In this study, a simple yet powerful model from multiscale coarse-graining method proposed simulate bacterial suspensions during processing. The complex effects at macroscale are successfully reconstructed evolution rules several parameters, while considering damage death single bacterium microscale. Our uncovers seemingly chaotic even controversial literatures systematically explores effect experimental parameters framework. One interesting findings that with shorter width enhances reduces minimal inhibitory time constant energy output per pulse, owing phase transitions three (Bistability mode, Avalanche Hybrid mode). study provides new insight for numerically modeling could serve as guide dosage management practical applications.
