This study presents a novel approach for the simultaneous identification and quantification of extractable chlorinated organic carriers (COCs) from diverse materials, including textiles, foam leather. COCs, valued chemical synthesis, dye transfer solvents formulations. In this work, dichloromethane under ultrasonic conditions at 25 °C 30 minutes was employed extraction COCs. Gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) utilizing DB-5MS column facilitated separation detection target analytes. SIM ionization mode utilized with qualifier ions detection. Optimization parameters such as extractant type, method, time resulted in high recoveries ranging 95% to 105%. The calibration curve exhibited range 5 120 ng mL−1 regression values 0.996–0.998. method demonstrated excellent precision relative standard deviations (RSD) below 10% test specimens pure standards. Limits (LODs) 0.1 mL−1, indicating sensitivity. Application developed real successfully detected COCs concentrations 2.60 9.94 affirming its effectiveness environmental monitoring risk assessment.
