The northeastern Red Sea (Saudi Arabia) is currently being transformed to become a global hub of economic activity and tourism. This transformation requires the development pristine coastal areas into populated dynamic settlements. At same time, northern considered climate refuge for corals in changing conditions, efforts preserve protect marine biodiversity are proposed. Accordingly, foraminifers an efficient tool assess monitor their associated coral reefs’ health. study reports modern-day health assessment Shushah Island as reference future monitoring inferred by applying FoRAM Index method. In general, our results revealed healthy conditions conducive growth, yet some precautions regular assessments recommended.
