Exposure to particulate matter (PM) and its chemical constituents in residential microenvironments has become a major health concern worldwide. The oxidative potential (OP) been proposed as metric for estimating the PM capacity induce stress and, consequently, effects. In present study, PM10 was monitored simultaneously bedroom, living room kitchen from three dwellings located small inland town of Portugal perform detailed characterisation organic inorganic determination OP using dithiothreitol (DTT) ascorbic acid (AA) acellular assays. With the increasing application of semi-underground buildings, it is greater significance to understand indoor air quality and personnel satisfaction in different functional areas within such buildings. In this study, a building Xi’an was taken as an example test study areas, questionnaire survey based on conducted at same time.
