Visual content featured in Airbnb cover page photographs plays a crucial role shaping consumers' perceptions of properties. Despite its acknowledged importance, few empirical studies have investigated the influence greenery on consumer booking behavior. This study aims to determine whether green landscape elements stimulate consumption, employing deep learning model for visual semantic segmentation. The findings confirm that positively impact behavior, trend has become particularly pronounced following COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, emergence pandemic and geographical location properties exert disruptive moderating effect relationship between research enriches existing literature by highlighting preferences related realm shared accommodations.
