ABSTRACT Bacteria can adapt their lifestyles, including microbial growth, metabolism, and biofilm formation, in response to light signaling. However, the molecular pathways through which blue affects lifestyle of Escherichia coli ( E. ) remain incomplete poorly understood. To address this gap, transcriptomic proteomic approaches were employed analyze physiological differences under dark conditions. Our results indicate that, compared conditions, attenuates flagellar assembly, reduces cell motility communication, decreases formation . In addition, study elucidates signaling involved light‐mediated regulation behavior, providing a theoretical framework for understanding how responds modulate production food chemicals.

Sprouts have many advantages, such as high nutritional value and simple cultivation conditions. In recent years, the loss rate of sprouts due to microbial contamination has been 40%, it is necessary strengthen control technology reduce losses. Current methods issues a narrow bactericidal spectrum cost contamination, whereas slightly acidic electrolyzed water (SAEW), new type disinfectant, can solve these problems. present study, efficacy SAEW treatments in disinfection oat during germination washing was evaluated at 25 °C 4 compared TW group. The results showed that group, Escherichia coli detection rates were significantly decreased by 2.32, 4.44 5.55 log10 CFU/g after soaking, undergoing for 60 h with °C. This indicated + treatment had favorable effect on whole process sprout washing. result demonstrated scanning electron microscopy (SEM). addition, natural colony counts sprouts, also strong ability. Therefore, application combined low temperature stress production processing potential.
