Abstract Intelligent membranes with programmable permeance and precise sieving performance are in high demand for complex water treatment scenarios. Herein, a bioinspired membrane featuring intelligent adaptive 2D nanochannels outstanding molecule is reported. In particular, protein‐mimetic nanochannel pH‐responsive characteristics constructed by introducing sodium alginate (SA) molecular chains into GO laminates. The conformational transformation of SA under varying pH conditions enables regulation the channel size selective transport. resulting GO‐SA possesses up to 122.67 L m −2 h −1 bar , along response factor 50.12. Besides, it discovered that introduction multivalent Ca 2+ ions can stabilize structure, thereby “locking” behavior. Based on this, system designed not only realize multistage separation dye molecules, but also enable recovery recycling acid alkali. This strategy provides insights designing gated responses.
